Built around people
Add a person once, then put their username for each service on the same card. If they don't use a service, that field stays empty. No duplicate profiles, no separate libraries per site.

Top bar and sidebar
One card per person. LIVE records, STORY saves new stories and POSTS downloads new posts by itself. The + adds up to five more accounts per service.
Select a person and fetch the posts and media available from all of their accounts in one go.
Everything you've saved, grouped by day. Delete what you ticked, remove missing files, or right-click a file to fetch more from that person.
In the sidebar. Fetch saved media walks the open chat, or the first one you click, in one press. Or open a snap and press Save snap.
In the sidebar. Opens Telegram Web in a window of its own; every file you download there lands under <chat>/Telegram/Chat, and Save all saves a whole chat.
Talk to everyone who uses Phantom Recorder: group chat, rooms, private chats with a disappearing-message timer, profile cards, a ranking with titles and badges, and Contact admin.
VIP comes with a donation (ask in support on Discord): a “VIP · N days left” chip, writing as Anonymous, a decorated profile card, the VIP room and eight files per message instead of four.
How it works
Download the zip, unzip it anywhere and start Phantom Recorder. Nothing to install; ffmpeg is included.
Create a card for someone and type their username for each platform they use. Leave the others empty.
Turn on LIVE, STORY or POSTS for an account. The recorder checks in the background and starts as soon as something new appears.
Everything saved lands in your folder, sorted by person, platform and kind, and shows up in Kept.

Your sign-ins to the platforms stay on your PC and are never uploaded.
Everything you record and download is saved in your own folder on your PC.
Platform notes
Fetches posts from profiles your logged-in account is subscribed to, plus chat media — including media you bought.
No paywall bypass. Locked content stays locked and never gets a download address. Phantom Recorder only archives what your account can already open.
OnlyFans signs its API requests inside its own web app, so sign-in and fetching run through a real, persistent Chrome session using the same browser profile.
Instagram retired the /api/v1/feed/user/ endpoint, which made some requests return the website instead of post data — it looked like throttling. Phantom Recorder now reads the same data Instagram uses to build its profile grid.
Not a service on the person cards: Telegram in the sidebar opens Telegram Web, and whatever you download there is filed under <chat>/Telegram/Chat. Save all saves a whole chat; chats that restrict saving stay restricted.

Yes. Phantom Recorder is free and runs on Windows 10 and 11. There is nothing to install: unzip it and start it. ffmpeg is included.
TikTok, Instagram, OnlyFans, Fansly, X, Snapchat and YouTube. Lives are recorded on TikTok and Instagram; stories, posts and highlights are saved wherever the platform has them. Telegram comes on top as a messenger in the sidebar.
Yes. Switch LIVE on for an account and Phantom Recorder checks it in the background and starts recording as soon as the live begins. The QUALITY button beside the switches sets the quality, up to the original stream.
Yes. Switch POSTS on for a TikTok, Instagram, X, OnlyFans or Fansly account. About every 6 hours Phantom Recorder looks for new posts and downloads whatever wasn't there before. Settings → Check intervals changes how often.
Yes. Telegram in the sidebar opens Telegram Web in a window of its own, where you sign in with the QR code. Every file you download there is filed under <chat>/Telegram/Chat, and Save all saves a whole chat. Chats that restrict saving stay restricted.
Some platforms only show their content to signed-in accounts. For those you sign in inside the program, under Sign-ins in the sidebar, and Phantom Recorder saves what that account can already open. Paid content you have not bought stays locked.

Into the folder you choose in the settings, sorted by person, then platform, then kind — for example Lives, Stories or Posts.
Yes. Settings → Program → App lock puts a PIN in front of the window. It can lock by itself after a while without use, and Ctrl+L or Lock now in the tray locks it at once. Recordings and downloads carry on behind the lock.
No account is needed. If you want one, it is just a username and a password, no e-mail address. Sign in with it on a new PC and your lists, settings and chat name are there again.

When a new version is out, the program offers it, and usually you decide when to install it. Some important updates can be required. Every update is signed and verified, and if one fails, the previous version is restored.

The one that reports something is a false positive: Phantom Recorder isn't code-signed, because signing needs a paid certificate. A few scanners flag unsigned programs by default.
